Been here for about 1 1/2 years- was great at first (got in with 2 months free rent for the first year lease). Leases are currently on a month to month tenancy only. In my opinion, exterior maintenance began to slip (trees falling over, hallways and parking should have been pressure cleaned, the security gates are almost always "bent" from cars or trucks running-into them or as now, totally open and non-functioning). Currently, there is refurbishment construction going-on through-out the complex (including new ceilings in the open hallways,prep for tiles on the concrete floors and complete exterior painting of the buildings). Now, all of this makes sense if you consider the rumour that I have heard that this complex is going to be converted into condos soon by the new (this year) owners, who by the way, are apparently one of the largest apt. to condo conversion companies around. There has been no official notice yet to this effect and the office staff here will not confirm this! I'm hanging-in for now - maybe to be one of the first to buy if conversion occurs!
