Ok... we'll be fair about this review. This place is now known as 'Beachwalk Condos' by the way. We have lived here for 3 months so far and it has its ups and downs. It is in a decent location and it is somewhat reasonable in this crazy real estate market (FOR RENTING NOT PURCHASING). If you are in college and like partying and basically living with your neighbor then this is the place for you. If you have kids or are over the age of 25 and aren't into the college thing then please keep driving. They cheaped out on the construction here big time. We are basically living with our neighbors above us and when they walk (I'm sure not intentional) it sounds like a herd of elephants. Not to mention they play pool (billiards) and when the cue ball hits their floor (they must suck at pool) which is tile it is as if a jack hammer hits our ceiling. It sucks sooooooooo much. The parking pretty much sucks too. It is nice looking inside the apartments/condos but the faucets are cheap and water pressure sucks too. We have 9 months left and can't wait to move!! :)
