Lighting sucks, the pool & laundry facilities are always dirty, The neighbors have traffic in and out all the time, bugs regardless how much you clean and don't leave anything out unsealed. I hear my neighbors upstairs all the time. The stairs are falling apart on some buildings, and not to mention the "security gates" that never work.
