I am a current resident and i have to say that i hate this apartment!! Every thing in the apartment is cheap!! the walls are so thin that u could punch through them, if you close the cabinets too hard you will break them. My floor is getting soft spots in it!! it feels like i'm gonna fall through the floor in some spots of my apt. There is no where for your guests to park when they visit!! if they park in residents parking their car will get towed away. Someone stole my garbage can off of my porch and i was told that i would have to pay 75 dollars to replace it! The walls are so thin that you could hear the conversations of the neighbors next door to you as well as up under you so clear as if they were in the apt. with you that is so freakin ridiculous!!! I heard my neighbors having sex(so gross)and i even heard them yawning in the morning(no joke) The office staff is very unprofessional the put a note on my door(signed by a woman who doesn't work there anymore!!!) stating that i owe an late fee for my rent and I was like what!!!! i paid my rent on time so i copied my money order statement and sent it to them. they said that i my rent changed in june so i needed to pay 54 dollars now. i asked the woman why didn't anyone tell me this and she said I don't know!!! Something is suspicious about this and i'm thinking about calling eight on my side on their asses!! a couple of times they've also lost my rent. i've heard gunshots a couple of times and i hear the police helicopter every night the might as well call this Belmont height projects because it's far from an estate!! I CANT WAIT UNTIL MY LEASE IS UP I NEVER WANT TO HAVE ANYTHING ELSE TO DO WITH BELMONT HEIGHT ESTATES,T.H.A. OR ANYONE THAT'S AFFILIATED WITH THEM AGAIN!!!
