BHE is a joke. The management changes more than the Florida weather. I have beenhere since they opened, when I moved in you had to damn near give up your blood, a toe, and your first born, now if you need a place to lay your head go to BHE you will be assured to have a dwelling. Maintaince sell and purchase drugs right on the premises, they steal from your apartment and they are not held accountable. Parking is crazy I have a decal on my car, however my car has been towed three times only because the dumb ass towing company did not see it( its in plain view plastered on the front windshield ). the irrigation system waters the street and not the lawn if you are reporting that you may as well tell the wall. Residents allow their children to run around outside no supervision, kids do not understand boundries. The noise is a living nightmare. If you are in Wesychase or Hyde Park there are signs that states no loud music hell, I've even been to a public car wash that says no loud music after 9 pm, oh no not BHE theywelcome anything GHETTO. This was a beautiful brand new community that because of poor management and careless tenants it is going to hell expeditiously. The entire system from the home office in New Jersey to the last tenant needs to be ravamped. If you are looking for a nice quiet community to raise your children to become independant, successful, and productive citizens then DO NOT CONSIDER BHE.

That's a damn shame. My car got towed too just because they took so long to give me the decal and I still had to pay almost 2 hundred bucks to get it out even though they only had it for 3 hours. They forced me to leave just because I wanted to add my husband to my lease and didnt add him before that. I paid rent on time all the time and my apartment was sooo clean, this lady moved in the same day i moved out. And all they had to say was "thank you" cause she had an emergency. My husband still wants to go back, but i don't think so because they embarrassed me in the office when I wanted to add him, telling me that my application was full of "red flags" and all kinds of crap. I bet I was the best tenant there, but "good people" always get treated wrong, right? It's not on my mind to go back because they do not deserve my money. Want a safe environment, with professional staff, then look elsewhere.

MY CAR ALSO GOT TOWED BECAUSE MY WHEELS WERE TOUCHING THE GRASS!!! I HAD A DECAL AND EVERYTHING IT WAS RIDICULOUS!! I HAD TO PAY 200 2 GET MY CAR OUT!! I CAME HOME ON FRIDAY AND MY WINDOW BY MY DOOR WAS BUSTED OUT SO I WENT TO THE OFFICE AND NO ONE WOULD HELP ME THEY WERE LIKE WELL IT'S FRIDAY AND IT'S 5:00 EVEN THE POLICE OFFICER THAT WAS IN THERE WOULDN'T HELP!! I WANTED TO MAKE A POLICE REPORT WITH HIM AND HE TOLD ME OH NO I'M OFF!! THAT'S STRAIGHT BULL!! I'M LOOKN FOR A NEW LACE IMMEDIATELY CUZ I'M NOT RENEWING MY LEASE!

OMG I CANT BELIEVE IT. THANKS YAL CUZ I JUS MOVED UP HERE FROM MIAMI AND IM LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO CALL HOME. IM ONLY 21 SO THIS WILL BE MY FIRST APT. BHE LOOK NICE, BUT AFTER THESE STORIES ILL PASS.

wow! Iam on the waiting list from housing new project base.and they place me on the list for bhe,after hearing these stories ,I dont want to go to bhe. Dang, it looks like its a nice place to live.
