I live in BHE ALL the management staff thinks that they're above you and can talk to people any kinda way just because they have a job. Not all of us have income restrictions, I pay full rent and they still treat me like crap. For the amount they charge you'd think that they'd give you the common courtsey to at least pretend to hear out your complaints. The general manager of this property Pam Brown is a witch from the word go ..... You can't even speak with her half the time and when you do get to speak with her she's so rude and short with you that you feel nothing will be done. The other property managers Latoria Boyd in a word RUDE! Susanna Santiago - only likes to help out the hispanic tenants. The NEW manager I really cant say much about, because she's new. BHE is a joke, they need new management and maintenance staff. OH WAIT ...maintenance is a joke around here!!

Child please...I ain't gonna lie once again...I loved the part I lived in. The buildings right in front of the Magnet School. Off 18th st. As ma matter of fact, it was 3410 D N. 18th St. It was lovely and thye always answered my questions, but I really didn't have any problems, except for the fact they towed my car and the fact that I wanted to renew my lease and they forced me to move out cause I wanted to add my husband. One of the managers were mean to me. I almost cried cause when she came to me, she used harsh words telling me that my application had red flags all over it, making me feel like a piece of crap..knowing that I always had my payments on time and kept my apartment so clean that someone moved in the day I moved out...ridiculous, right? I know. It's like the good, educated and hard working people are the ones having the problems and they cater to the low-life and welfare ones who are good for nothing...Sorry, but it's the truth.

Dont apologize that is SO true, dont get me wrong I loved the apartment itself and the area I was in, not alot of drama and sometime pretty quiet. I was just the rude and nasty treatment by BHE staff and there childish two-faced behavior. They dont know the meaning of privacy, the dicuss your business with whomever will listen. Karma will come back on them for all the false doucments they file.

You all are soo.... true they all are really nasty people that dont care bout your feelings when they speak. They over charge you for you rent mess up on paper work and yea speak all of your business out to whom ever like the new assistant manager Ursala white she does not have a clue on what goin on they just need Tampa Housing to come over with their worker's and take over. They just need to fire everyone from phase one to three and bring in some educated worker's to do that office paper work oh.. and not let me forget EDUCATED AND PROFESSIONAL workers.
