Maintenance guy is Joe Dirt

I have lived here now for about 7 months. It was fine at first with the great move in special that I recieved, but lately things have gone downhill. Instead of fixing things property the maintenance guy, who never leaves, just half fixes them. The gym equiptment is broken every week, the buildings get filthy and the gate is always broken. The head maintenance supervisor, rides around here all day smoking. He hogs the car wash and works on his old Chevy Impala all the time. He is very dirty and strange, reminds me of Joe Dirt. I just wish he would fix things properly and get rid of his attitude. But an apartment is an apartment and Savannah overall isn't too bad. Just stay away from Joe!!
