OKay, I live on the third floor and nobody has complained about me in the past 2 years I've lived here, but I have a word of advice to those people who HAVE complained about others being "noisy" above them. IT IS AN APARTMENT. If you don't like hearing people upstairs than commen sense says to get a third floor apartment, that's why I did! You can't expect people to stop LIVING, obviously the walls and ceilings are going to be thin, so what might sound to you like a party is simply someone doing laundry or walking from the kitchen to the living room. As for the roaches and silverfish, I haven't had a problem with them, maybe you're just dirty...' Unless mine are hiding somewhere. Mantienence is fine with maybe the exception of being nosy sometimes. Overall, I'd say the past couple of years have been what I expected, maybe a little less. The apartments are nice but the staff isn't the greatest, the pool is sort of ------, the work out room is horrible, and the potential residents are treated FAR much better than the actual residents. Parking is a flat out joke. The most irritating thing is when you're getting home after a long day or night at work and you have to park so far away from your apartment, and notice the cars parked up front belong to visitors who don't even live here!

Why have you continued to live there if they are so bad?
