The new managment here at Savannah is wonderful. They are extremly friendly, easy going, and willing to go the extra mile for you. Planning to renew my lease here shortly.

No the apartment apparently are not in the district too do so but because everyone else is beware of higher rates!

New Management is awful! They are unfriendly, condescending and not helpful. We've had an ongoing issue with the water company and you can't get the management to respond nor the water company.

riffraff401 is crazy!!! The office is anything BUT unfriendly. Just because you don't have people skills doesn't mean they don't care.

I think the new management responds very well it seems like I have a notice on my door every two weeks about the water, I am glad they are changing water companies at least we will get a water bill.

Is this place still up and running? no one ever answers the phone. They all are fat..... which one is the fat guy? I only know the one lady with the bum leg. Watch out for about a 20% rent increase as they are trying to pay for the upgrades. And Pizza night is lame they had a man set up out front charging you for pizza. only the office staff enjoyed that, those fatties.

I think this site is set up to give an opinion of the property and if we should recommend it. I read my newsletter and it said that Papa Johns was hosting the Pizza party not the office. I too was frustrated about water and I think this new company is, so far so good. Everytime I call the office I always talk to someone and my work orders are done same day, and I had a problem with a neighbor and the new management got them out of here within a week, it looks like things are getting done to me, I have nothing bad to say about the new management. Now in another blog I noticed that they were downing parking and I agree with this there is not enough parking, some nights your lucky if you can find a parking spot!
