I moved into Savannah at the end of January, which was soon after the property underwent new management, and I have been nothing but completely satisfied with everything from our move-in specials to the friendly, accomodating office staff.
The community improvements (new paint job almost complete, new roofs on the way) look great. Except for when a moronic tenent tried to bash through the gate and forced it to be out-of-order for a short time, security is great and I feel very safe on property.
The units are roomy and very nice (new carpet, nice cabinetry, clean paint, etc). I've lived in 3 different apartments in Tampa and this is by far my favorite, and reasonably priced!
My only complaint about the property is parking - if I arrive home after 8:00 at night, chances are I'm going to have to walk a bit to get to my building; but, since I don't feel unsafe there, it really isn't too big a problem.
