The new management is friendly, but I don't need a friend I need a manager to do their job. Return a phone call every now and then and do what you say you are going to do. Parking sucks and there are people who live by them selves and have two cars! I get home from work at 5:00pm and already there is no where to park. The neighbors are all losers, I don't know where they find these people. The walls are way too thin, I can hear my neighbors tv, having sex, everything. The people up stairs never sleep, because they wake us up at all hours of the night.

I'm pretty sure I know which resident this is and I would like to respond to your comment: If you refer to your lease agreement, it states in sect. #21 that management may regulate the time, manner, and place of parking for all vehicles on property. It does NOT state that you may only have one vehicle per resident. As for the noise, you must understand that you are going to hear people around you. Since we've only had one major complaint regarding neighbors and noise (which is why I believe I know who this is), maybe someone of your nature would be happier living elsewhere or in a home. Let's be sure to state for the record that you did renew your lease with us recenly so we must be doing something right...
