Unfortunately I've lived with my boyfriend since Feb. 2004. I'm not sure about the new staff, but one day I was late for class and there was a huge moving van blocking my car. I went to the office and asked if they knew anything about it and what should I do. They got a complete attitude with me, and then told my boyfriend "YOU better tell your girlfriend she can't come in the office like that." LIKE WHAT''! That pissed me off. The parking here is a complete joke. I have to walk FOREVER in the dark to get to my place when visitors are parked way up front. The pool is a joke, the size is completely inadequete for the amount of residence, the gym always has broken equipment...the maitenence guys are friedly enough but I've never had a positive experience with the new or old staff.

I agree with this posting, have lived here for about 4 months and the office staff here is a complete joke. The office is closed half of the time, during hours they never respond to messages, except on apartment ratings it appears. And I'll believe the new treadmills are coming when I see them. I think Berkshires needs some new employees to run the office.

We in the office have no clue as to this situation or who you are? Please come to the office and we will discuss this. The broken equipment in the weight room is the treadmills, this was broken when we took over, new treadmill and elyptical machines have been ordered and waiting for delivery. I am sorry you feel this way about the staff but if you would like to come in we can discuss this further and try and figure out who your girlfriend spoke with.
