I wanted to give y'all a heads up. My father in law does real estate investing in Tampa. The only reason this place is making all of their improvements is because they are going condo. Their plan is for Spring 2007. Don't be fooled.

They cant go condo they arent in the zoning area for condos. Your father in law should know that being in real estate. And in order for them to re zone they would have to go before the board and have it petitioned to be rezoned . So save the heads up.
