Honestly, Savannah at Ctirus park(Berkshires) was not all I thought it would be. The management staff is very nice, but they are NEVER in the office. Everytime I called, I got that stupid answering machine. Granted when they do answer the phone, they are helpful, the issue is getting them to call you back or speaking to a live person in the office. My main issue with this complex was the bug and noise problem. I saw 2-3 silverfish a day for almost 70% of the time I lived there. I had them coming to spray 2 weeks of every month! It was ridiculous. Then I had the problem with the spiders and the earwigs. It's Florida, you expect bugs, but when you are seeing numerous types everyday there is an infestation somewhere. Also, our upstairs neighbors were so LOUD they would wake me up in the middle of the night and it sounded like they were moving furniture. I complained and nothing was done! Everyone riding through blasting their music at all hours of the night, I felt like I lived in the Ghetto!! The walls are paper thin! It is a nice looking commuity, but a lot to go through for the amount of money you pay.

I eat the bugs for dinner and they fill me up. that is how many I gots in my pimp palace. I will make a tasty bug treat for the party.
