These people (Berkshire) try to make you pay for all of their upgrades. They slapped me with a bill for close to $900.00 and before I could come in to dispute it, as no one ever wants to deal with past renters who they claim owe money,I was reported to a collection agency, even though they assured me that they would not.

I have a strong inclination there's a lot more to that story than what you are fessing up to. Glad to see idiots like you who get on this website to bash communities as great as this one come on and tell only "your side" to make the community look bad. You probably had your ghetto guests over and broke a few things on a late night binge drinking fest and they billed you for the repairs. Surprise surprise. Yes if you break something you do get billed for it. Idiot.
