Anyone who says that this place is bad must be Paris Hilton who obviously, cannot be satisfied and has no taste. This is the best place I've ever lived in IN TAMPA. Compared to my last apartment complex, it's like going from a cardboard box to a five star hotel. My neighbors would have to make an obscene amount of noise for me to even know they are there. Staff is great! Know us by name and are always friendly. The only bad things are that if your apartment is along Gunn Highway it's never really, really quiet, and they need to mark guest parking so the residents have better access to the building. Other than that, no complaints. It's good to know that I won't have to look for a place to live once my lease is up...I will definitely be renewing. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
