I looked around forever at apartments all over the Tampa area. These seemed nice, and they had one of the highest reviews on this website. The office staff is very nice and pleasant, although they are rarely around when you stop by the office for something. My only complaint is that we live on the second floor and our neighbors are so noisy! The floors creak and moan, and it sounds like they are going to fall through any minute! I have never had such a noise problem with the other places I lived. It is ridiculous. There is also A TON of plane noise at all times of the day. It sounds as if an airplane is right next to your window. I am debating on whether or not to break my lease. These are just way to expensive to have so much ear noise going on. I am always awakened by my neighbor upstairs all the time because I can hear them walking around, flushing the toilet or vacuuming. It is crazy. I would think twice....

Welcome to apartment living. I don't think this complaint is worth dropping their rating on this website over. So way to go, you need to find yourself a house to rent because when you're in close proximity to people like apartment living, you're going to get noise. For everyone else i'd disregard this opinion. Noise from neighbors is apartment living.

Nice review, moron. My g/f lives in these apartments and we have hardly any complaints. We have always seen the office staff when we have gone to the office, we never hear airplane noise, and your only truthful statement is about a little bit of creaking from the floors. Kengo is right, go rent a house douchebag.
