I've been living at Berkshires at Citrus Park for a little under a year and I would definitely recommend it to friends. The maintenance staff is absolutely wonderful and I can't speak highly enough of them. I've made a few requests during my stay and all have been resolved quickly. The front staff is very friendly as well.
As with all apartments, the walls are a little thin and noise does come from Gunn Highway occasionally. The neighborhood is very pet friendly and I enjoy walking my pet all times of the day. The location near the Veterans/Citrus Park Mall is very convenient (unless you're finding yourself in South Tampa most of the time). Overall, I think the apartments are a good find and I'm definitely glad to live here.
