My boyfriend and I moved in over a year ago- we love the location and the management has always been super nice to us (moreso after the change in ownership a while back). The neighbors (for the great majority) are friendly, never loud. There are a lot of children here, but they all seem pretty well-behaved and are never out very late. The apartments themselves are kept very clean and seem to be built better than any complex I have lived in around here. I don't believe we've even needed a repair for our apartment yet.

So far, there has been nothing to keep me from recommending the place. I'm not saying that the place does not have it's share of issues (cars speeding around turns you can't see around, gates break often) but it's hard to put the blame on the complex, rather than a few inconsiderate people.

I'd say the biggest issue is getting out of the complex in the mornings and afternoons (there is a large corporate complex across the road, with two lanes turning into it), but you get accustomed to it.

Obviously written by staff. I live here and can't wait for my lease to end. Place has gone downhill ever since it converted. Carpets are worn and dirty, maintenance paints and caulks over dirt and mildew.

Not staff, but thanks for trying. Actually since I've written that review, we had a neighbor move in upstairs who we can hear at all times of the day (he plays his TV loudly in his bedroom and I can hear it late at night and early in the morning). I can also hear his obnoxious dog running and scratching at the door. Now that I've lived here for a few years, I am ready to move on, but this place has definitely raised my standards of what an apartment complex should be.
