Bridlewood

 

I want to start off by saying that first this place is known as Equestrian Parc.

I have lived here a little over 1 1/2 years.

When I first moved in this place was AMAZING.

It had great amentiies and was very nice looking.
However, recently it has gone downhill.

The grounds are lacking in areas.

The volleyball court NEVER has a net and the staff uses it as their personal picnic area.

The self service car care area has been shut down.

I am assuming it is due to the water restrictions.

However, the drains were always backing up and the vaccuum never worked well.
Tenants are horrible and have no respect for their neighbors.

Parents let their young children outside until all hours of the night.

There are kids constantly smoking pot outside my building and NOTHING is ever done.

The leasing office is less then desirable.

The property manager Wendy is NEVER there, and if she is she will ask her staff to lie and say "she just stepped out" so she doesn't have to deal with you.

Then when you are forced to deal with the remaining staff although they are nice they can never do anything without Wendy.

Also, the maintenance is very unknowledgable and slow at responding to even emergancy maintenance.
I know this is an apartment and many people would say to get a home if there are this many complaints.

It's just begining to get ridiculous.

2 armed roberies was finally the straw for me.

I am moving out ASAP!!!!
