This website helped me find this great place, so I have to let others know so they can be informed too.
I moved to Tampa cause I got a job here. There were many apartment in the area, but I know I found the best one. When I looked at this site this was just about the only place around that, at the time had a 100% aproval. Not knowing the area, I chose this place. I couldn't be more happy. The apartments are very spacious, with huge walk-in closets in both of the bedrooms. The layout/floorplan is ideal. The office staff is friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is knowledgable and very friendly. I had my washer break and they were here the next day only because I called late in the afternoon after work. It's far enough away from USF that there aren't tons of loud parties. It is actually really quite here. There are community get togethers at least every month, although I have to admit I've never been to one.
As for complaints made by others on this site... yes there are alot kids walking about in the park area or going to and from the corner waiting for the school bus... so what they live here. It's their back yard. I rarely hear noise from anyone unless i'm on my patio, and i live next to the park. The neighbors are all really friendly. The kids always move out of your way, and aren't rude when you drive by. I will agree getting out of the complex can be trying at certain times of day. The corporate park across the street has alot of speeders trying to make the turn left before you can get a chance to move. I wish there was a stop light.
Anyway, compared to other places I've looked at, this was the best. I have no reservations with giving this complex a great rating.
This is a great place to live! I will only want to move if I buy a house of my own. I consider myself very lucky to have found this place on my first try moving here.

actually i don't work here. lol. There is no way to prove that to you without telling you who i am, defeating the purpose of an anonymous submission so i guess you can say what you want. whatever
