I would not recommend these apartments to a rat. These apartments are so small one can become claustrophobic. Neighbors are a big problem. Walking through the courtyard day or night the music is so loud it sounds like poor sections of NYC. Families living in the units are stuffing 5 and 6 people into a two bedoom unit. My neighbor had three beds set up in their living room and management will not enforce the terms of the lease. Maintenance is very very poor. Management did not respond to complaints and I had to call the BBB on four occasions to get them to do maintenance such as the smell of sewage coming out of the sinks and toilets (I understand this is a problem in all of the units.) My heat was out for two weeks in the winter with temps below 45 and they would not return my calls and when I finally found someone at the office I was told it would be fixed the next day. It was another week before it was fixed. There is no attempt at all by the management to provide security and there are drug transactions going on in the parking lot at night. The neighbors are very noisy and there are constant fights outside the apartments at night.
Electricity was very high for such a small apartment as there are air leaks around the doors and windows which they refuse to fix. The electric cost me more than it does at the two bed/bath luxury condo I live in now. I would not recomment these apartments to anyone at all.

You sound like a ----in' drama queen. If you're a woman I pity the man you're married to (if you're married). If you're not a woman, you damn sure sound like one and probably take it up the ass like the drag queen ------ you are.
