the worst place to rent From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/16/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   i've lived there for 1.5 years, but couldn't stay any longer and moved out before my lease expired. even though they are trying to charge me the rest of the rent according to my lease, I'm not going back. The noise and gangs at night didn't let me sleep. Once I was sleeping in my room, when I heard some strangers talking in my living room. When I came outside they told me that they came to install water meter. It's NOT OK for anybody enter my apartment without any warning or notice! The toilet and sinks were always stuck, when I complained, they told me to call them every time it's stuck, and they will fix it. But they never answer my calls and manager works 2 hours a day from 8-10 am!!! She is NEVER there. the maintaince guys don't speak English! The last thing I found out that I pay $150 more for my apartment than anybody else over there (I asked people), I just could deal with it. and they always complain nobody wants to live there.
