Was ok at first, was quiet, rent was good. then they sold to another owner. First it was the --------, using the courtyard as a combo party-urinal spot. Then the drug peddelers showed up. There are at least three drug peddlers in the complex. Also, if you enjoy living with jobless bums, this is your place. I can see why everyone who could of moved out has moved out. This place has turned into a dump and if you got kids I would do better living out of your car than renting in this hellhole.

True, the drug dealers live in apts 35, 39. There is at least more (right across the courtyard from 39) but they removed the apartment numbers off the door so it's harder to identify them to the cops I guess.
