I lived at Broadmoor from 2003-now and I haven't had any problems what so ever. The office staff and maintenance are always happy to help with what ever I need. The location is great and close to school and work. With this being a high crime area I always take the precautions a single woman should and I have been fine. I plan to stay at Broadmoor for quite awhile.
