I lived ino the Broadmoor from 2002-2003. The price was cheap which lured us in, what a mistake. There was always problems with the apt. It was always noisy do to neighbors and the nightly helicopters that flew by. We had asked maintance to fix one of our screen windows and their response was to put tape around the screens. Shortly after, our apt was broken into. The criminal came through the window. When I told management what had happened they didnt seem to care. We ended braking our lease and moved very far away. I would not recommended this apt complex to anyone!
