I moved to Tampa to get away from the big city life but I still wanted to be close to stores and diners and that's why Broadmoor became my home. It's always quiet and peaceful with the beautiful lake views and relaxing atmosphere, but when I need to go to the store or want to go out for entertainment everything is close enough to my apartment. The people are friendly and the staff has such nice young people running the office. Broadmoor is a nice home.

I'm an actual resident of this complex - given the blatent fakeness of this review and sales pitch tone ("beautiful lake views and relaxing atmosphere"), you obviously work for Broadmoor and are trying to improve the averages. Or else you are blind, deaf, and have no sense of smell, and somehow got someone to type this for you.
