I BEEN LIVING HERESINCE APRIL 04 AND IT WAS OK FOR THA 1ST HALF JUST BECAUSE I WORK AROUND THE CORNER. SINCED I RENEWED MY CONTRACT EVERY THING SEEMS TO BE GOIN WRONG. THE GARBAGE DISPOSAL NEVER WORKS AND TRASH FALLS OUT ONTO THE STREET.. VERY NASTY AND UN-SANITIZED. THE FRONT GATE NEVER GOT FIXED. WHY GIVE ME A GATE KEY ' THUR JAN 27 MY APT GOT BROKEN INTO AND THE THEIFS STOLED OVER 4 THOUSAND OUT MY APT. ONE WEEK LATER ON THUR FEB 3RD MY CAR AND 4 OTHER CARS GET BROKEN INTO ALSO. THIS PLACE IS NOT HEALTHY NOT SAFE AND NOT HAPPY. NOT TO MENTION THE POOL IS DIRTY. LOOK LIKES A SWAMP AT TIMES.
