Warning,Warning, Warning. This is the slums of Tampa! I was robbed in broad daylight by a neighbor, and the management did nothing! My maintenance request for water leaks, stove problems and drywall damage went unresolved for a year. I have unfortunately lived here one year and not once did I see any maintenance on the property. The standing pond is never cleaned, you fall in you die.It's awful from the crappy mgmt to the stinking pond. Hated it.-
