I lived at the Broadmoor for approxiametly 5 months. During that time, I found mold growing within the apartment ranging from 1/2 to 1 inch thick. Now lets talk about the plumbing. The plumbing is so bad that upstairs apartments would leak all the way to the first floor and cause damage, which they would not address. The AC unit had this strange substance growing inside of it and was not serviced for 4 years according to the label. If interested in renting from this complex, I urge you, do your homework. This is a very environmentally unsafe place to live. I realize apartments have there problems... Broadmoor just has too many. When you move out, take pictures so they won't try and hold you liable for damages. I did.
