This is the worst apartment complex ever. Let's start with the move-in date that means absolutely nothing to the leasing agents. This was the move from hell and I am unfortunately still living in it. Nothing in my apartment was ready for move-in and the apartment leasing agent left more than an hour before closing which left me and my packed moving truck with no place to unload my belongings. And I am not the only one with this experience. My potential next door neighbor did not move-in because the same thing happened to her and when I told her to run like hell she was smart enough to take my advice. Unfortunately I did not get to the next victims before they moved in but they were also not happy. Bottom line...if you are looking for a place for which to be at peace and enjoy, Broadmoor is definitely NOT for you. However, if you are looking to live in HELL...welcome home.
