I am probably the now millionth resident that has complained about crime and theft in this community. when I signed the lease to move in on the first of the year, I was told by Holly and staff in the office that the gate would work in the new year. Come around to March, the gate still had not been repaired nor looked as if it were ever looked at.

My car was broken into twice, and the staff at the office had the audacity to tell me that it was my problem... That was comforting. I would come home in the after noon to high school drop out neighbors blasting their bass music so loud, pictures would actually shake on the walls like in the movies. And calling the apartment want to be police security guards...hahaha, good luck. If they show up, it's 3 hours later after you make the complaint and are comfortably in bed at a friends house so you can get some respectfully quiet sleep.

I would need a book to disgrace their structures and old buildings infested with bugs. Not to mention the water heater that was not working the day we moved in--breaking sanitary codes, which they declined to fix until we threatened to move out. And the noise, Jesus, might as well sleep out on the corner of 56th and Fowler.

This place is in the middle of drug land...infested with people that can't afford any better places to live, AKA Section 8...if you are a student looking for a reasonable yet safe place to live...you have found the wrong place. Take it from someone that knows.

The staff could care less about the problems experience in their community, and from research you can see that this company has been sued more than once for their negligence in paying their bills and caring for their residents..

Save your money, if your not black, have 20 kids, and no job...this is not a good place...

I do not live in Broadmoor apartments but I am looking for a plce to live. I feel as though your last comment is very racist. Basically you are stating that black people are uneducated with a lot of children and no job. Yes, there are many black people like that but also a lot of other races too. I am a twenty year black female with no kids and a part time job...by the way I am also a senior @ USF in the College of Nursing. It is obvious that you are not too bright yourself by making a statement like that.

You uneducated racist bastard get you fact straight before you state your comment about black people or any other race.We are here to rate the apartment complex , not to gossip about what you know nothing about I'm a struggling single mother I'm not on "welfare" or " section 8" it's people like you , no wonder this world is so f***ed up. I would rather live at broadmoor apartment with incompetent staff then to be around a bigot like you.
