I've lived here for almost a year now and I can't wait to get out! Where do I begin' My apartment smells like cat and old beer, the kitchen is a nightmare, and its obvious that staff does the bare minimum to keep the place from falling apart. The picture you see of that heater is very modest, mines worse! I fear opening closets. The filters are so disgusting I'm afraid to change them and its REALLY REALLY easy to break in, my brother has done it a few times.
Secondly, and probably most important, the roaches! When I moved in, there were so many I mustve killed between 10-15 a day (no kidding) for weeks. I've had the pest control guy come in on a weekly basis bc whatever he's doing only lasts 3 days. Then they're back!
Management is retarded, I pay twice as much for water because my father cosigned the contract, although he doesn't live here. The contract specifically says that the price of water depends on how many LIVE there, not how many signed. Of course, they just blew me off and told me there was nothing they could do about it.

The Broadmoor Aprtments are a member of the Bay Area Apartment Association, and the National Apartment Association. It has been our experience that very often negative comments posted on this website are by residents who have been evicted for nonpayment of rent or other lease violations, are who have never actually lived on the property, or by competitors. Be cautious in assuming the truthfulness of postings by anonymous persons who refuse to disclose their idenity. We recommend that visiting with current residents onsite is a more reliable method of obtaining third party opinions about our aprtment community and its management. I was never evicted in fact I paid to get out of my lease. I can personally vouch that these apartments are horrible at best. We moved from New York and were given the "tour" which showed only the good parts of the community. Needless to say it was a short tour. I only wish I listened to the statements placed on this site. To all the good natured couples, families, college students or whom ever take these comments as warnings and run!
