Do NOT put any money down on an apartment in this community until you see the actual apartment. We did not see the exact apartment before paying the admin fee and it was in terrible condition. So bad, that we left without signing the lease. The money is non-refundable but at lease we are not stuck in this hole for a year. Please, please watch out when dealing with this apartment community.

The Broadmoor Aprtments are a member of the Bay Area Apartment Association, and the National Apartment Association. It has been our experience that very often negative comments posted on this website are by residents who have been evicted for nonpayment of rent or other lease violations, are who have never actually lived on the property, or by competitors. Be cautious in assuming the truthfulness of postings by anonymous persons who refuse to disclose their identity. We recommend that visiting with current residents onsite is a more reliable method of obtaining third party opinions about our apartment community and its management.
Broadmoor market ready units are walked several times prior to a new resident moving in our community. The overspray paint was cleaned immediately. Broadmoor offered another apartment if they were not happy with the location. Broadmoor pride's themselves on superior customer service. In the apartment industry application and administrative fees are typically non-refundable.

I had to laugh at Broadmoor's attempt to cover up the negative remarks left about the, I was a resident there for one year and was very unfourtunate to lans there because I was from out of state when I moved to Broadmoor and did not know the area. I am not someone that has bad credit, I paid my rent on time every month & was never evicted from anywhere & never had any problems or lease violations as they put it. As soon as my lease was up I left Broadmoor immediately. Thre negative remarks I see left here held true for me as well. Thank goodness the water damage from backed up sewage happened at the end of my lease and I had 2 weeks overlapping that I was able to move to my new place. Cars were getting broke into left and right, matter of fact the news said that intersection was the 3rd highest in the county for auto theft. Even when I spoke to some of the officers that responded to calls there they said they are there almost every night for some type of call. The maintenance was horrible for myself as well. Too many problems to list, honestly I could go on & on, I just hope that you take a good look before you move here. If you have no other choice, I only can hope you did not have as bad as an expierence as I did. I just had to speak up after reading broadmoor's attempt to cover up there bad buisness by putting blame back on past residents. If they cared about actually taking care of there residents as much as they take time to write to cover their behinds they may actually have more positive remarks on here. Yes I do pay more in rent now were I live, but you definetly get what you pay for.
