Well, I've been here since September and I havent had any problems yet...yes, the apperance of them could improve on the outside but my apartment is very nice inside...I love the tower ceilings (but Im on the 3rd floor) The main complaint if any, would be the parking is a bit bad at night..people and their guests park kinda wacky & I end up having to park too far from my building sometime...not good at night.
Other than that my experience with the staff, etc has been pleasant. The price is affordable & the location is convinient seeing that there are several stores & restauraunts in walking distance really. I would def reccommend it. I guess I'm one of the few people who didn't come here to vent & complain ;) Loosen up people...it's not the best but then again, you didn't think you were moving to Tampa Palms or something did ya'

do you have roaches, leaky ceiling for only been here for 5 months you probably ones that work there. if not you'll be back can't wait to hear from you.
