Office staff is a bunch of phonies. Maintenance staff is extremely rude. After you move out, you will get notices in the mail with bogus charges.

Broadmoor is a nightmare. When I first moved in it was alright then after a few years I watched this place turn to the dumps. They let all sorts of rif raff move in and drugs take place now and it's becoming the projects of tampa/temple terrace. The pool would never be open and they could not figure a way to keep the security gate working. Then they hit me with 800.00 in bogus charges after I had moved. I would not pay it and now my credit is destroyed. DONT EVER LIVE HERE I am warning you.
