My Wife & I use to live here and 2 days after we moved in someone broke in our car (a window was busted out) as soon as we noticed it, some kid on a bike tried to give us a business card saying how either he does or friend/family member fixes windows. We didn't think anything about it until are next door neighbors moved in & had same kind of situtation happen to them. Only good thing was towards last month we were there, the company hired private security. But on the flip side, we had an alarm instaled on our car & someone tried to mess with it again. My alarm paged me & let me know that my car was being messed with; when I walked off the person ran off. Then when we finally left this nightmare; appearently our neighbors thought it would be funny and put their trash in our outside storage & we got charged. DON'T MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!

I am sure much has changed from 4yrs ago but the damage is done. My credit is ruined because of what you people did and claimed I did. It's too late now. I am committed to telling everyone never to move there. The neighhorhood has gone down hill, the crime has gone up(thank God for you hiring private security now,now maybe people can be safe)cars busted into, it's a mess. Also, what is with the pee yellow color on the buildings now? I mean I understand trying to brighten the place but pee yellow? It looks gloomy and fits the dangerous dirty enviroment. Broadmoor is displeased to hear that one of our previous residents was not satisfied with his and her experience with thier home. Many things have changed in the past four years since this resident resided at Broadmoor Management does everything in our power to provide a safe and satisfying home for all of our residents

I live at Broadmoor now and I'm so displease with the service. I lost my job back in December and my rent got behind. I diligently caught my rent leaving my savings bankrupted. Just recently my unempolyment check was late hitting my account and you would think that they the management would understand. But not - they gave me an eviction notice. It wasn't like I was weeks behind I am talking about one day late. The late fee is nothing less than usury an exerbute fee of $163.15. Talking about getting away from here and not recommending anyone that's me. My least is up in July and it's bye-bye. I have never had such a rude experience so so called professionals in my life. If anyone know how I can reach corporate for Broadmoor please post it. As far as what the last responser said I am in agreement.
