Unfortunately, I still reside here. Basically because they haven't raised my rent in 3 years. I have had the same issues as many of the other's. I've had roaches bad, put my name on the list weekly, sometimes they came and sometimes they didn't. I guess if they knew they were there within the last month, that was too soon for a call back. I was actually home one Tuesday when they came and they do a half job at spraying. So I had to instruct them on what needed to be done. That's probably why they can't get rid of them totally. The person doing it doesn't care so they come and do a half job, get their pay and go about there business knowing they will be called back again and again and again. I have had and still do have maintenance issues, one that hasn't been resolve in over a year. I've been in the office on several occassions and spoke to everyone in there and each person have filled out work orders and it still hasn't been done, I get no estimate on when, just told the work order was submitted and don't know when it will be completed. I find that unacceptable. I had a situation where the blind was broken. I called the office and notified them and was told if I bring in the $25 replacement fee right away, it would be replaced that day, which was a Friday. I went back to the office after work on Monday and was told they didn't know when it would be replaced, then they were out and had to order more. It was almost 3 weeks before the blind was replaced. The laundry areas need to be closed down or have card access. Several times I've gone in the early morning on weekends and have found someone sleeping there, the smell of weed, the majority of the machines out of order, temp and pressure issues with the water in the machines, trash all over the place and dirty. I've lost money in the machines and went to the office and was told that they were not their machines. Nobody tried to direct me to where to complain about that, so that was chalked up as a loss. That dumpster is a feeding ground for the wildlife. I've seen some nasty apartments in this complex, so I see the mentallity when it comes to the trash being all over the place at the dumpster. Some people just live that way. That doesn't mean I understand or condone it, but some people are just plain nasty. It's just plain nasty that the trash is all over the ground for entire weekends. There has been occassions where the office staff is quite rude and short. You dish it, you should be able to take it. Everyone isn't made to deal with the public. So if you are not a people person, you shouldn't deal in customer oriented positions. If you not happy at a job, why stay' Do us a favor and go. Treat others as you would want to be treated. Don't try and argue with me because I'm complaining about something that isn't right where I live. After trying to resolve an issue for so long, being courteous is no longer an option. Just as you would be if it were affecting you. Do your job and try to resolve it, professionally and courteously, not brush people off and then talk about them after they leave the office. Lights are out months at a time around this campus, on stairwells and walkways, so I can understand why the crime is like it is. That security guard at the entrance was really a joke. No wonder it was short lived. I had people who came over to visit me and said they never even stopped them. I came in late and seen them sleep or not even in the booth. That money wasted could have went to grounds beautification.
