Relatively large apts for the $. Older buildings, but kept up reasonably well. Rent includes water/sewer and basic cable. Staff tries to keep things up. Unfortunately the area is not the best. We?ve had two cars stolen and one broken into in the past 4 months. For this reason, we?re probably moving out of Tampa at the end of our lease.
