Oh my Gosh! I wish someone would have told me about this website before my boyfriend and i moved in! My A/C unit has broken down 3 times in the 5 months we've lived here, our car was wrongfully towed and then they refused to get it out of the storage facility where it was being held, we have spiders everywhere, and worst of all TERMITES! yes, termites. there were even termite droppings falling onto our bed and it still took over a month for them to send someone out! The leasing agents are liers and nasty and very uncooperative.(is there a way to give them no rating at all') they even admitted to knowing about the termite problem and doing nothig about it. the layout and rental package may be nice but living here is definately not. PLEASE PLEASE if anyone you know is considering Brookside, tell them to keep looking!!
