I thought I would want to live at Brookside until I got a house. I was sadly mistaken. My roof leaked so many times. Area is so ghetto fabulous. The cable and water is included, but again the pain of management makes you want to say Brighthouse and CBSI. I was a smart resident. I would document, save messages from the office and guess what I called corporate. I have legal knowledge and got a month free, 1/2 month free etc due to leaking roofs, inadequate time frames of response from leasing office. I would give you some advise. Read your lease and make Brookside abide by it, or its a breach of your lease contract. I was able to move at no penalties, due to lack of cooperation.
