The reason I moved out of this complex was because there was an attempted rape and being a single woman coming home from work past 1am - I didn't want to chance it. I lived there for a year and a half and only had 2 complaints (the AC leaked onto the bedroom & carpet and the 2nd which was REALLY gross, I had sewer water backing up into my bathroom sink) and the maintenance people were out within a few hours of calling. I could hear my neighbors walking upstairs, but it wasn't them it was the old building. Yes, it wasn't the best place and now it's not any better (a family member lives there), but I did enjoy my time there and only moved out because of the attempted rape.
