What a ---- hole,we lived their "not by choice" for 2 years.1st year, had a car broken into, mice in my apartment,(on the 2nd floor,go figure)a dryer vent so clogged and a/c unit so outdated my bills we're sky high.drug dealings in the parking lots and crack being made their.had a big bust in 2 of the apartments in 2005.so much for managment scanning their tenants.2nd year living their..had numerous leaks in the ground level apartment we moved into,place smelled like mold, plumbing backs up sewer water, infested with german cockroaches,and termites.. droppings in every room.complained several times to mgt. had some bug guy come and do a half ass job , which didnt kill anything,neighbor upstairs didnt like to take her trash out& stockpiled it in her porch,which left maggots in my porch beneath hers.Mgt. is piss poor about any complaint.more worried about keeping places rented, then renters safety.Been over 30 days and am still waiting for my security deposit.DONT RENT HERE!UNSAFE,INFESTED,DRUG HAVEN!!
