This apartment had so many problems. Since we moved in, every week something broke. The worst was the neighbor above us who let their dog pee on the balcony. The corporate office did nothing to remedy the problem. The staff at the complex were helpful but their hands were tied. I do not recommend living here with its constant maintainence problems, ie. roof leaking, busted pipes and poor quality tenants.
