Inexpensive rent yet very nice looking, well kept, extremely friendly office staff (they remember residents by first name!) and maintenance staff.

My unit had brand new carpet (yes I realize this is probably not the norm).

Water is about $30/month. Everything else is FINE, surprisedd to see the complaints here.

Well located in that it places you around the W Hillsborough area but out of that congestion. We are very happy there, we'llprobably ernt for a couple years until we are ready to buy.
