While I see a good many bad reviews here, I have had little trouble. Complaints follow:

Dryers are often non functional in laundry

Have had a few window leaks (wood walls)

Structure lends itself to roaches, plan on buying some Combat traps every few months.
However, no great catastrophe.

Often noisy and parking a bit tight. HOWEVER, I live right next to a club
house and picnic area so a bit of noise
is to be expected. While I would LIKE
a bit more control on such events, in
particular, loud "music", it is not a
"Fix it or I'm moving" offense level.

ONE sever maintanance problem took too
long to resolve due to errors by a new office girl and an outsourced carpet,
expert.

Good Points:

Maintanance typically fast an accurate

Office staff, with one exception who was
new, excellent.

Value for cost - decent

Drama getting work done - minimal

ALL staff have been professinal and courteous

I have NOT had to baby sit the office here,
with one exception. I HAVE had to at other
apartment complexes, as I am VERY picky and
EXPECT professional operation for my money.

The large units offer a rare combination of square footage, efficent layout, and price.
I didn't like the smaller ones when I looked.

Overall, my assessment, outside the static rating system provided, is a 7.5 out of 10.
