My lease is ending very soon and I will never come back!!! They are currently in construction, I understand that they have to improve the place, but do not expect Candem to take resposability for costruction workers getting into your apartment without any notice invading your privacy and looking at personal files, you will live with "black plastic" covering your bedrooms walls and windows, they broke one of my window and I am getting gigant disgusting roaches invading my apartment in regular basis this bugs are everywhere.Have you take a shower with one of those cockroaches before'Just rent at Candem Bay Pointe and you will get this pets at no extra cost. I f you complain they will say call Bob Mayo, if somebody park at your "assigned" parking spot (just one per apartment)in the middle of the night guess what you have to talk to a contractor who will never send a tow, believe me we have to call to complain about this at least 10 times. We have no security anymore, we don't have anybody patroling the apartments, to cross the gate you just need to wait until somebody comes and opened with their card and anybody gets in.
How do you like a noisy neighbor'Well get prepared without security, get use to it. They wont do anything at the office when you complain. You can call the police too but the truth is you should not have to deal with all this together.
In conclusion: You will pay rent everymonth for a place infested with cockroaches, windows and walls covered with plastic, no parking, no safety, the kind of people living here is getting worse every day (decent people realize very quicly what a nightmare this place is) nobody will take responsability for anything.
