First of all, this place is def. not overpriced. Think of living anywhere--its going to cost money. If you cant afford the rent..dont move in. You see the place and the price before you sign a lease. I pay for a washer and dryer too.. i suppose thats too much also.

Second, If you live by dirty neighbors, or are dirty yourself, yes you will have roaches..I dont.. Im fine. I think I had a palmetto bug fly in the house from outside once..BUT WE LIVE IN FLORIDA!!


Thrid, They do charge for valet trash--because they are paying someone to come pick up your trash from your door. Duh, your paying for the convenience..again..something you know before you sign a lease.

The Staff is wonderful, always willing to help. If you need something, communicate with the office, dont play games and complain. I bet you will see how willing they are to work with you. I love where im at, love the staff and would reccomend it to all.

ITS WONDERFUL!

BS! This reviewer is obviously an employee. As for the "convenient" valet trash service, the trash guys don't even show up alot of the time. And as a result, I have woke up to trash littering my porch after some raccoons got to it during the night. These apartments look nice on the outside, but after a month or too, all of teh gum holding it together falls apart and you see how cheap this place really is. GHETTO!! They let anyone move in, thugs walk around at night dealing drugs in the open.

Im the writer of this review, and I def. am not an employee. I live on the North side. We have had issues with our neighbors, and told them. Then it was taken care of. You say that they let anyone in?? Your full of crap!! They do backround checks and wont let anyone in if the even have domestic violence on their record smart one. I know, My cousin tried to get in after I did and they wouldnt let him. People just dont understand that the economy sucks right now so everyone is going to complain about something. I dont think this place is ghetto at all. I have a 17 month old son and am 7 months pregnant with our little girl. I think this is a fine place to raise our children. Im sorry if anyone reads these reviews without viewing the place first and decided off of that, because it really is a great place to live. We enjoy it as a family. We live in the back, so maybe I am wrong about the front of the complex, but as far as the staff, i love them.
