I moved into my apartment in January and so far I am very happy. The staff has been nothing but nice to me. Any work order (only 2 minor ones) were completed the next day and I received a call from the staff the following day to make sure everything was ok. You do hear some noises but that is to be expected when you live in an apartment. Unfortunately you can't control your neighbors.

give some time, you'll hate it soon enough. hope you took pictures of the apartment before you moved in. they will charge you for every crack in the paint. Document all your conversations with them. date time and which leasing consultant. Get it in writing!! Don't trust that they will "make a note in your file" of any complaint. Especially when it comes to damages in the apartment that you had nothing to do with.

I'll definately keep that in mind. I know that most things have a "honeymoon period" so we'll see. Everything has been good but I'll def post if that changes!
