I can remember driving by Camden Bay when I was apartment hunting. I thought this apt. complex was really beautiful when I drove by. In fact I really didn't mind paying the additional $300.00 a month for my apartment because of the appearance and amenities offered @ Camden Bay. Competitors had lower prices, but the tropical look & amenities @ Camden Bay caught my eye. Keep in mind when looking for an apartment look for overall quality instead of beauty. (It can be deceiving) I was never made aware of the 2nd floor bowling alley in our complex. After complaining several times... it has only gotten louder from 6:00 a.m. until whenever. The neighbors have had tons of garbage sitting in front of their garage now for about 1 month. If you have an opportunity come by this week and take a tour of the complex. The building is located in the front of the complex. You can see the garbage when you enter the gates @ Camden Bay. It's pretty to look at everyday (Not!). Overall I believe that the maintenance the office staff can do a better job. (1) of the office staff is extremely friendly (sweet). The others speed by on their golf carts like they?re on I-275 & pretend you don't exist. I must say; they finally cleaned up some of the fallen trees from Hurricane Frances recently. (yeah!) I had a few maintenance issues, but they were finally resolved* Kudos to the maintenance crew!
